IIDM is pleased that you would like to share our articles, case studies, etc. with your peers, staff, friends or clients.

Guidelines for linking to our articles

We welcome linking to the material found in the Expert Talk or Case Studies sections, following these guidelines:

You publish the first paragraph (or two) in your newsletter or from your website, then link directly to the article published on IIDM.
We encourage you to include the author's name near the article title.

Please note: Most of the articles and case studies published on IIDM are available to members only and require login details to access them.

Guidelines for republication

Republication of material published on IIDM requires prior consent ... but we've kept it simple!

All we require is an email from you stating what material you're interested in and where you'd like it to appear. We'll get back to you within 2 business days (but usually much less), letting you know whether you're clear to proceed or not.

In general, we only withhold consent if it breaches the agreement between ourselves and the author/s.

Once written consent has been given, the following conditions must be met:

The material must not be edited or modified without prior approval from IIDM.
The author attribution shown at the end of the article must be included in its entirety.
Unless mutually agreed otherwise, acknowledgement of IIDM must appear on the republished material as follows:

"Republished from the International Institute of Directors and Managers (IIDM) - www.iidmglobal.com. Get valuable business tips and easy-to-read articles delivered direct to your inbox. Register now for your copy of IIDM's free e-newsletter: http://www.iidmglobal.com/subscribe"
If republished in electronic format, at least one active hyperlink to the IIDM website must be included (either or both of the two URLs in the acknowledgement).
