Leading her consulting and training organisation Progress Performance International since 1988, Catherine focuses on hunting down the principles and processes of high performance and proven success – and then sharing them with her clients and her audiences.
Catherine has led organisations both nationally and globally, chaired several Boards, and lived a life of continual learning. She has authored and continues to oversee the in-demand BEST Training Systems, and makes her knowledge and experience available world-wide as a professional speaker, consultant, coach and mentor.
Catherine holds a Master’s Degree in Social Ecology, a Master of NLP and a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. She describes herself as powered by research, real-life relevance, and renegade thinking. She builds successful teams and develops dynamic leaders, from micro-business owners to major corporates, guiding them to extraordinary outcomes.
