Gayle Lantz is on a mission to help people make the most of their work. She founded WorkMatters® based on the belief that work is one of the most important parts of life. When individuals are fully engaged in their work, they expand possibilities for themselves and the organisation. As a leadership development consultant, she helps organisations and individuals improve performance.
A former officer with TIAA-CREF, she has been consulting and coaching independently since 1998. Clients include organisations such as NASA, Microsoft, Lockheed Martin, Southern Company, MassMutual Financial Group and Compass Bank, as well as a variety of small and mid-sized businesses.
